Win a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus or $40,000 in cash while making a meaningful impact in our community. Only 2,025 tickets will be sold in honor of the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus. The drawing will take place on Tuesday, December 17 at 11 AM. Every raffle ticket supports the Louisville Metro Police Foundation and directly benefits the men and women of LMPD through emergency assistance, wellness programs, critical training, and essential equipment.

The following terms and conditions shall apply:

Agreement: Purchase of a ticket constitutes full agreement to all terms and conditions listed below. Grand Prize: The winner will choose between: A 2025 Lincoln Nautilus (option 1), or $40,000 in cash (option 2). Eligibility: Winners must be U.S. residents and at least 18 years old. If multiple names are listed on an entry, the prize will be awarded to the first eligible person listed. If winnings are shared, IRS Form 5754 must be completed so that the Louisville Metro Police Foundation (LMPF) can prepare required tax forms. Ticket Entry: A ticket represents a chance to win the prize under these terms and conditions. Winning tickets are selected at random, and all participants have an equal chance to win. Taxes: Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. The IRS requires that taxes on prizes valued over $5,000 must be paid before the prize can be delivered. Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional. Winner Notification: Winners will receive a notification packet (including W-9 and W2-G forms) within seven days of the drawing. Winners must claim the prize within 30 days of receipt. If the prize is not claimed or donated back to the LMPF within 30 days, it will be forfeited, and another winner will be drawn. Prize Acceptance: Winners have no rights to the prize until they have signed and returned the Winner Agreement and the prize is delivered. All prizes remain property of LMPF until fully accepted. Liability: LMPF is not responsible for performance, delays, defects, or issues caused by suppliers of the prize. Participants release LMPF from liability for damages, losses, or injuries connected with the prize. Warranties: LMPF makes no representations or warranties regarding the prize. Any warranties are the sole responsibility of the prize supplier. Substitution: Prizes cannot be substituted or exchanged by winners. LMPF may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Charitable Deduction: The IRS does not allow the $100 ticket price to be deducted as a charitable donation. Payment Issues: Tickets purchased with insufficient funds, invalid, or stolen payments will be void, and the prize will not be awarded. Drawing Date: The prize drawing will be held on January 9, 2025, at 11 a.m. Final Sales: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Only 2,025 tickets will be sold. Transferability: Tickets, receipts, and prize rights are non-transferable. Winners do not need to be present at the drawing. LMPF will attempt to contact winners on the afternoon of January 9, 2025. Eligibility Restrictions: Employees of LMPF are not eligible to participate. Legal Compliance: Void where prohibited by law.
